Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search (London)

£28,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (take-home up to £500,000 in 5 years)

Edmund & Evans are exclusively partnering with one of the most respected Executive Search firms in London to find their next wave of ambitious graduates. This is not your average graduate recruitment role - this is high-end, global executive search within financial services, offering access to elite clients, six-figure deals, and genuine long-term wealth-building potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trained to become a specialist headhunter, placing top-tier talent into investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers and trading technology businesses across global markets - EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM.

This is an opportunity to fast-track your career and earnings in a firm that values intelligence, integrity, and drive over bravado. You’ll be working on retained mandates, exclusive searches and multi-hire projects worth six figures and up - not CV-spamming or high-street recruitment.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

• Work on deals that matter - First-year consultants regularly close £250,000+ in fees. Typical placements bring in £80,000+ each.
• Serious earning potential - Half the team earn 49% commission. Many consultants take home £100,000+ annually. One recent grad turned £1.4 million in billings by year five - taking home over £500,000. Others earn £300,000+ regularly.
• True global exposure - Consultants travel internationally to meet clients and candidates face to face.
• Elite training - You’ll be trained by some of the most respected names in executive search and supported to become a true expert in your market.
• Long-term career - Promotions are based on merit, not time served. You can genuinely progress from graduate to Partner.

Culture That Performs

• No cutthroat leaderboards - targets are shared, success is collective.
• Sociable, supportive team - from Friday drinks to family days and trips abroad.
• Purpose-driven - supports charitable initiatives including building schools in Uganda.

What We’re Looking For

• Bright, driven, and commercially sharp graduates from any degree background
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in financial markets
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Location: Central London

Please note:

Due to high application volumes, we aim to contact shortlisted candidates within 3 working days. If you haven’t heard from us in that time, unfortunately, your application has not been successful.
