• Managing freehold and leasehold transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes
• Assisting with development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals
• Handling secured lending and property finance transactions

Requirements
