The Role

They’relookingforanexperiencedITEngineertojoinagrowingtechnicalservicesteamofeight.Thisisa

hands-on,client-facingrolewhereyou’lldeliverhigh qualitytechnicalprojectsandsupportservicesforbusinessclients.

You’llbeworkingonamixofonsiteandremoteprojects,takingresponsibilityfromdesignandproposal

throughtodeliveryandongoingsupport.Therolerequiressomeonecomfortablemanagingclient

relationshipswhileworkingundertimeandbudgetconstraints.

• Withtrainingprovided-design,quote,andimplementMicrosoft365 solutions
• Hands- onexperiencewithMicrosoft365 supportingordeploying(licensing,security,TeamsPhone,
• FullUKdrivinglicence
• DeployingM365(ifnotwillingtolearn)
• VMwareorHyper-Vadministration
• FamiliaritywithDattoRMM,Autotask,andITGlue
