Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)

Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Management of subcontracts and subcontractors
Experience in site management of fabrication subcontractors and Site Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing of equipment and tooling packages for the oil and gas industry
Management of QA/QC principles
Detailed understanding of relevant codes and standards.
Understanding of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques
Awareness of project management tools and techniques
