Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) platforms to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector.

Duration: 6 months (with high extension potential)

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Azure-based infrastructure supporting a new D365 + CCaaS platform.
Define technical requirements for Azure compute, network, and integration layers.
Liaise with multiple vendors and internal teams across Azure, AWS, and DevOps environments.
Design and deploy environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps pipelines.
Support secure integrations between Azure and AWS , focusing on authentication and data flows.
Oversee environment setup across Dev/Test/Prod , including observability tooling and dashboards.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity) .
Experience with Microsoft D365 and CCaaS implementations.
Familiarity with SAML/OIDC , REST APIs , and cloud authentication standards.
Proven experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments .
Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (pipelines, IaC).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
Leadership and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure (PaaS, IaaS, Networking, Identity).
Experience with D365 and CCaaS implementations.
Familiarity with SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and cloud authentication standards.
Experience designing integrations between Azure and AWS environments.
Strong DevOps toolset knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, IaC).
