Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough , teaching across Years 3-6 . The role is available to start ASAP or from October half term .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher with experience across Key Stage 2 who is looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive and nurturing school environment.

The Role

• Full-time Class Teacher position teaching across Years 3-6
• Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough
• ASAP or October half term start available
• Salary paid in line with the Main Pay Scale
• Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attainment and achievement
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 , ideally across Years 3-6
• Has a strong knowledge of the Primary and Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progress
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Can motivate and engage pupils of different abilities
• Is confident in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Is available to start ASAP or from October half term
