Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough, teaching across Years 3-6. The role is available to start ASAP or from October half term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher with experience across Key Stage 2 who is looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive and nurturing school environment.

The Role

Full-time Class Teacher position teaching across Years 3-6

Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough

ASAP or October half term start available

Salary paid in line with the Main Pay Scale

Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively

Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils

Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attainment and achievement

Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community

Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally across Years 3-6

Has a strong knowledge of the Primary and Key Stage 2 curriculum

Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning

Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progress

Has strong classroom management skills

Can motivate and engage pupils of different abilities

Is confident in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs

Is available to start ASAP or from October half term
