Job Title - Assembly Operative

Location: Braintree

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm - 7am or 7:30am start will also be considered

Pay: 12.71 per hour +Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Duration: Temporary Ongoing | Immediate Start Available

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client in Braintree. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company producing high-quality products.

The Role

You will be working in a clean, controlled environment carrying out small, intricate assembly work. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Small component assembly of devices
• Carrying out crimping and soldering tasks
• Following detailed instructions and strict quality standards
• Performing basic quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, crimping, or soldering experience is preferred but not essential
• Full training will be provided
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable and committed attitude
