Job Title - Assembly Operative

Location: Braintree

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm - 7am or 7:30am start will also be considered

Pay: £12.71 per hour +Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Duration: Temporary Ongoing | Immediate Start Available

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client in Braintree. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company producing high-quality products.

The Role

You will be working in a clean, controlled environment carrying out small, intricate assembly work. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Small component assembly of devices
Carrying out crimping and soldering tasks
Following detailed instructions and strict quality standards
Performing basic quality checks
Maintaining a clean and organised workspaceWhat We're Looking For

Previous assembly, crimping, or soldering experience is preferred but not essential
Full training will be provided
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
