Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor to join a busy team in Newton Abbot. This Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor role involves supporting customers with a wide range of enquiries through online chat, telephone and email. The successful Customer Service / Call Centre Online Chat Advisor will work as part of a supportive team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Duties

Responding to customer enquiries via online chat and other communication channels.
Handling customer queries, resolving issues and dealing with complaints professionally.
Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful approach.
Using IT systems to record information and manage customer requests.
Working as part of a supportive team to ensure a great customer experience.

Requirements

Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Telephone experience.
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
Confidence handling a variety of customer enquiries, including complaints.
Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including every Saturday.
