Overview

Vivo Talent is partnering with a high-growth technology business that has built an AI-powered platform to transform how large organisations work and operate.

The product is live and already deployed by major global businesses across an international network. With significant funding rounds completed and more in the pipeline, this is a rare chance to join at the point where the commercial engine gets built and to own it.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position. It is suited for someone who has a passion for selling and building high-performing teams. You'll be the company's senior enterprise sales voice, selling personally while laying the foundations of a sales organisation.

In the first phase, you will:

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to demos, proposals, negotiation and close
Generate your own pipeline and open doors at senior decision-maker level, alongside the inbound opportunities that come in
Win new logos and set the standard for how the platform is sold
Shape the go-to-market approach, including target accounts, messaging, sales process and pricing conversations
Work directly with the leadership team, with a real influence on commercial strategy

As the business scales, you will:

Build and lead a sales team, deciding who to hire, in what order and how to structure it
Coach and develop future Account Executives and BDRs, drawing on your own deal experience
Put in place the playbook, pipeline discipline and reporting that let the team scale

What we're looking for

A track record of closing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS deals
A strong new-business mentality and a proven ability to build your own pipeline
Experience leading, mentoring or building a team, or a clear ambition and aptitude to do so
Commercial judgement and strong communication skills
Comfortable using technology and AI
The resilience and appetite for ambiguity that come with an early-stage, high-growth environment

Sector experience isn't essential. If you're a strong seller who learns fast and enjoys getting under the skin of a customer's operation, you'll be supported in building the industry knowledge.
