The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example on the shop floor and supporting the wider team to achieve its goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Team: Motivate and support colleagues, helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
• Driving Sales: Work towards sales targets and KPIs, maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service.
• Delivering Great Service: Ensure customers receive a welcoming, knowledgeable and personalised shopping experience.
• Maintaining Standards: Support stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.
• Supporting Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and the smooth running of the store.
• Coaching Colleagues: Help develop team members, share product knowledge and encourage high standards across the store.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail experience, ideally with supervisory or team-leading responsibility.
• A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support others.
• A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take responsibility and use your initiative.
• An interest in fashion and creating an engaging in-store experience.
