We're recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to join a fashion store in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity to take on more responsibility, support the management team and help create an engaging shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example on the shop floor and supporting the wider team to achieve its goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Team: Motivate and support colleagues, helping to maintain a positive and productive working environment.

Driving Sales: Work towards sales targets and KPIs, maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service.

Delivering Great Service: Ensure customers receive a welcoming, knowledgeable and personalised shopping experience.

Maintaining Standards: Support stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising to keep the store looking its best.

Supporting Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and the smooth running of the store.

Coaching Colleagues: Help develop team members, share product knowledge and encourage high standards across the store.

What We're Looking For

Previous retail experience, ideally with supervisory or team-leading responsibility.

A customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.

Commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales targets and KPIs.

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support others.

A proactive attitude, with the confidence to take responsibility and use your initiative.

An interest in fashion and creating an engaging in-store experience.
