They’re growing in the Oxford region and want a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects across science and innovation campuses, education, industrial and distribution, healthcare and leisure.

What you’ll be doing

• Procuring and placing subcontract packages
• Running CVRs, cost reports and forecasts
• Handling valuations, variations and subcontractor payments
• Working side by side with the site and contracts teams

What you’ll bring

• QS experience with a main contractor
• Solid knowledge of JCT contracts
• A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
• You live within reach of Oxford
