My client is a well-established regional main contractor with roots going back to the 1960s and a construction division turning over around £80m. They’re growing in the Oxford region and want a Site Manager to lead a strong pipeline of new-build and refurbishment projects.
Their portfolio is genuinely varied: lab and office buildings on science and innovation campuses, schools and university facilities, industrial and distribution units, healthcare and leisure schemes. You won’t be stuck doing the same job twice.

What you’ll be doing

• Running sites day to day, from logistics and programme to subcontractor management
• Setting the standard on safety and quality
• Working closely with the design team, surveyors and engineers
• Keeping the Contracts Manager and client updated on progress

What you’ll bring

• Proven site management experience with a main contractor
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS (Black or Gold)
• Confidence with drawings and specs
• You live within reach of Oxford and are happy to move between sites
