The Role

• Help pupils access classroom learning and participate in lessons and activities.
• Work alongside class teachers to implement appropriate support strategies.

• Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Adapt your approach to suit individual learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other teaching assistants.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and helping every child reach their potential.

Why Work Through Tradewind Recruitment?

• 100 per day PAYE , with no umbrella company deductions.
• Immediate start available.
• Long-term opportunity in a three-form entry primary school.
• Free access to professional development through the National College.
• Ongoing support from Marc at Tradewind, a former primary teacher who understands the realities of working in a school.
• Access to further opportunities across Slough and West London.
