Salary: Outer London Pay Scale, M1-M6 (£39,739-£50,617 per annum, depending on experience)

The Opportunity

Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher looking for a long-term role in Hayes from November? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming three-form entry primary school seeking a committed teacher to join their team for the remainder of the 2026/27 academic year.

This is a great opportunity to settle into an established school, build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues, and make a real difference to children's progress across Key Stage 2. The school has parking available on site, making it a convenient option for teachers commuting by car.

The school is open to applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are confident delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive classroom environment.

The Role

Teach a KS2 class from November 2026 until the end of the academic year in July 2027.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs and abilities of pupils across the class.
Monitor progress, assess learning and provide constructive feedback.
Establish clear expectations and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom.
Work collaboratively with year group colleagues and the wider school team.
Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and wider development.What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, or relevant placement experience for ECTs.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum.
The ability to plan effectively, differentiate lessons and assess pupil progress.
Good classroom management and clear communication skills.
