  • A willingness to learn new equipment and technologies, or existing field service experience
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Based within approximately 25 miles of Bishop's Stortford
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and stay away overnight when required

Previous medical equipment experience is beneficial but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of 28,350-34,350, depending on experience
  • Company van provided
  • Paid door-to-door, based on a 40-hour working week
  • Bonus scheme following successful probation
  • Overtime opportunities
  • 23 days' annual leave, increasing to 28 days with length of service, plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Accommodation and expenses covered for overnight stays
  • Healthcare and wellbeing support, including GP and mental health access
