Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive who knows how to sell cars, build lasting customer relationships and make the most of a busy, high-volume dealership?

We're recruiting for an established main dealer in Rochdale, offering an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional to join a successful, well-supported sales operation.

This isn't a dealership where you'll be sitting around waiting for customers to walk through the door.

You'll be joining a busy, volume-driven business with an established customer base, significant investment in new customer enquiries, competitive manufacturer finance offers and regular sales campaigns designed to help you sell more vehicles.

The role

You'll be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles, managing customer enquiries and delivering a professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable buying experience.

We're looking for someone who can confidently move between new and used car sales, identify opportunities, follow up enquiries and turn customer interest into completed sales.

You'll understand that successful car sales isn't simply about closing a deal. It's about building trust, understanding customer needs, generating repeat business and making every opportunity count.

What we're looking for

• At least 18 months' experience selling cars within a dealership environment
• Experience in new car sales, used car sales or both
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets in a busy retail environment
• Confidence in presenting finance products and manufacturer offers
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills
• A commercially focused approach with the drive to maximise sales opportunities
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain momentum throughout the sales process
• A full UK driving licence
