Are you a New Car Sales Executive with experience selling new vehicles within a franchised dealership, looking to represent BMW with realistic earnings of £52,000 and the opportunity for top performers to earn £80,000+?

In this role, you'll sell new BMW vehicles and manage customers through the complete purchasing journey, from initial enquiry and showroom appointment through to vehicle configuration, finance discussions, test drives and final handover. You'll manage your own pipeline, develop repeat and referral business and consistently work towards sales and customer satisfaction targets.

This role would suit an experienced New Car Sales Executive currently working within a franchised dealership environment. BMW or prestige experience isn't essential, but you must have proven experience selling new vehicles and understand the processes, standards and customer journey associated with manufacturer-led automotive retail.

You’ll work an average 40-hour week across a two-week rotating shift pattern, averaging five days per week and working every other weekend.

The Role

• Sell new BMW vehicles.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to handover.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Discuss specifications, finance and additional products.
• Manage your pipeline, appointments and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

The Person

• New car sales experience is essential.
• Franchised dealership experience.
• BMW / prestige experience not required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
