SLD Teacher

Specialist SLD Teacher Solihull
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist SLD Teacher to join a supportive setting in Solihull, working full-time, 5 days per week with pupils who have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) supported through EHCPs.
This role is ideal for a teacher who has experience working with children with additional needs and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that help every pupil thrive and achieve their potential.
The role will include:

• Planning and delivering creative, personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Supporting pupils' academic progress, communication skills and personal development.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting pupils in achieving their individual EHCP outcomes.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience supporting pupils with SLD and/or PMLD.
• Is patient, flexible and committed to meeting individual needs.
• Enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and making a meaningful impact.

Location:Solihull
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-time
