SLD Teacher

Specialist SLD Teacher Solihull
Were looking for a caring and enthusiastic Specialist SLD Teacher to work full-time, 5 days a week, supporting children with EHCPs for Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in Solihull.
The ideal teacher will have experience working with children with additional needs and be passionate about helping every child learn, develop and reach their full potential.
The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering fun, engaging lessons suited to each childs needs.
• Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and personal development.
• Working closely with teaching assistants and other professionals.
• Helping create a safe, supportive and positive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils to achieve their individual EHCP targets.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has QTS or a recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience working with children with SLD and/or PMLD.
• Is patient, caring and adaptable.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and making a real difference.

Location:Solihull
Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: Full time
