Duties:

• Handling inbound Aftersales calls with professionalism and confidence
• Providing expert advice and support to customers, resolving queries efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries by guiding them through appropriate processes
• Scheduling appointments for the Aftersales team
• Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• Handling objections and managing customer expectations effectively
• Ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression and customer satisfaction is prioritised
• Supporting the team to deliver outstanding service at all times

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Strong listening skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure
• Experience in telephone or face-to-face customer contact preferred
• Knowledge of what makes customers feel valued and welcomed
• Understanding of car sales or aftersales is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided
