Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who combines commercial thinking with the skills to make things happen. You will drive customer acquisition across client webstores and marketplaces, bringing together paid media, SEO, and compelling content to attract relevant customers and improve first-purchase performance.

You will find new ways to attract customers, challenge agency thinking and test ideas that drive growth. Alongside this, you will bring the company’s story to life through engaging website content, social posts, case studies and sales materials.

The Role – Growth Marketing Manager

What you will be doing:

• Find the opportunity : Build acquisition plans that connect customer demand with commercial priorities.
• Make paid media work harder: Brief agencies, challenge performance and recommend where spend will have the greatest impact.
• Grow through search: Own the SEO and acquisition-content roadmap, focusing on opportunities with clear commercial value.
• Create content that connects: Write and coordinate campaign copy, website content, social posts, and case studies.
• Test, learn and improve: Run experiments across audiences, channels, and messaging, using results to decide what happens next.
• Support sales: Create presentations and marketing materials that clearly communicate the company’s capabilities.
• Keep everyone aligned: Work with clients and internal teams to deliver relevant campaigns, launches and landing pages.
• Take ownership: Prioritise your workload, follow through on actions and explore tools, including AI, which improve delivery.

What you will bring

• Experience in ecommerce, digital or growth marketing, with measurable acquisition or commercial results, including Amazon and eBay.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, content, and digital campaign optimisation.
• Experience using Google Ads, Merchant Centre, Analytics, SEO tools, PPC and CMS platforms, or comparable tools.
• Confidence managing agencies, challenging results, and making informed budget recommendations.
• An analytical approach to identifying opportunities and designing practical tests.
• Strong writing skills and hands-on experience creating content and campaign materials.
• Commercial judgement and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• The initiative to turn ideas into action and manage priorities independently.
• Ideally, CIM Level 4 completed or in progress.

Bonus points for:

• Automotive, parts and accessories, marketplace, or multi-market ecommerce experience.
• B2B marketing, case studies, thought leadership, or sales-support content.
• Additional European languages, particularly German or French.
