Talent Partner / Resourcer

STEM Education & Training | Fareham

FIND is a specialist recruitment business with a simple belief: great recruitment is built on great sales, deep market knowledge and treating people properly. We're relentless about winning, and equally relentless about improving the perception of staffing agencies. That means creating outstanding opportunities for candidates and helping clients secure the talent that makes a difference.

The opportunity

You will build relationships with exceptional people across STEM education and technical training, understand what motivates them and connect them with opportunities that genuinely move their careers forward.

What you will own

• Build and maintain a network of teaching, training and technical education talent.
• Get curious about people: their skills, ambitions, frustrations and what would make them move.
• Find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, not just the people already applying.
• Work closely with our consultants to deliver on client commitments, with pace, accuracy and care.
• Learn to qualify properly, manage expectations and create an outstanding candidate experience.

Who will thrive here

You might be starting your recruitment career, but you won't be starting without a plan. We want energy, curiosity, confidence, empathy and a willingness to do the work others avoid. You will be measured on the quality of the networks you build and the commitments you deliver.

What you get

• Salary depending on experience
• 300 /placement (Talent Partners) & 25% - 35% commission (Consultants)
• 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Christmas shutdown
• Two holiday incentives each year
• Private medical cover after successful six-month probation
• Enhanced pension scheme
• A substantial sales enablement and candidate sourcing tech stack
• Ongoing learning, development and sales coaching
• Four days a week in our Fareham office
