The opportunity

Our Employability practice works with organisations helping people move into sustainable work. We want a consultant who can become genuinely well connected across this market, understand the commercial pressures facing providers and turn that knowledge into long-term client relationships. This is a sales role. You'll be expected to create opportunities, not wait for vacancies to arrive. For the right person, there is room to take real ownership of the market and how we grow within it.

What you will own

Build relationships with employability providers, senior leaders and hiring decision makers.
Prospect consistently, open new accounts and turn conversations into commercial opportunities.
Map the market, including contract awards, mobilisations, growth plans and the people behind hiring decisions.
Develop existing accounts by understanding their business, not simply asking whether they have vacancies.
Own your recruitment processes, follow through on commitments and build a reputation for delivering.

Who will thrive here

You'll be curious about how businesses work and confident speaking to senior people. You'll enjoy the challenge of opening doors, asking questions that uncover a real need and turning a first conversation into a trusted relationship. Experience in recruitment or the employability sector would be valuable. More important is a proven appetite for sales, consistency and the determination to build something substantial.

The FIND playbook

We are a playbook business, not a 'figure it out yourself' business. From day one, you'll be coached on our go-to-market approach: how to map a market, identify the right people, start commercial conversations, build pipeline and turn activity into results. You'll learn the FIND playbook, receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and take part in monthly business development coaching with our Managing Director.

We'll give you structure, technology and coaching. You'll bring the commitment to use them. We celebrate results, but we also care about how they're achieved.
