Fleet Administrator

Duties:

• Providing administrative support for day-to-day fleet operations
• Processing fleet-related paperwork efficiently and accurately as theFleet Administrator
• Maintaining precise vehicle records and updating internal systems
• Liaising with colleagues to support the smooth running of fleet activities
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
• Helping manage the increasing workload within the fleet department as theFleet Administrator

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within motor trade or fleet sectors
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and IT proficiency as theFleet Administrator
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proactive and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
