A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading print solutions provider. This walking‑based London role covers Central London, supporting a diverse customer base and working with leading MFD and print technologies.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being part of a supportive, technically strong service team known for high standards and a genuine customer‑first approach.
What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to service calls and completing repairs on MFDs/photocopiers
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Installing new devices and ensuring optimal performance for customers
• Escalating complex issues and working closely with technical support teams
• Maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and customer updates

• Salary up to £35,000 + £2,000 bonus PA
