We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive dealership in Southampton for a Car Sales Executive. This Car Sales Executive role offers a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their career within the automotive sector, specialising in a mix of new vehicles and prestige used cars.
The Car Sales Executive will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Competitive basic salary of 18,000 with an OTE of up to 60,000

Standard weekday hours from 8:30 am to 6 pm, with weekends on a 1-in-4 rota to promote work-life balance

Full-time role with weekends worked on a rotational basis

Duties:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and provide expert advice
Promote and sell new Chinese brand vehicles and prestige used cars to a diverse customer base
Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales process effectively
Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently
Provide clients with a comprehensive and professional sales experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry, though not essential if the right attitude is demonstrated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive sales approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
