Supervising Social Worker

Salary: 35,000-44,500 + annual bonuses

Location: Herefordshire

NonStop's client, based in the Herefordshire area, is currently seeking a determined and motivated Social Workers to join their small and highly regarded therapeutic agency.

Responsibilities:

Support and supervision of a caseload of foster carers
Ensure therapeutic practice and take part in the out of hours rota
Responsible for assessments, supervision, and training of foster carers

Requirements:

Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driving License
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Experience working within the Social Care sector
