We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join an established facilities management team, covering a portfolio of seven commercial sites across the West End and City of London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking for a varied role across prestigious Central London buildings, offering a competitive salary, travel card and 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.

If you enjoy working across different sites, tackling a variety of maintenance issues and developing your technical experience, this could be an ideal next step.

The Role:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across seven commercial sites.
Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults.
Maintain building services, including lighting, power, HVAC, pumps, motors and associated plant equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and minimise equipment downtime.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and procedures.
Complete maintenance records and report defects or remedial works required.
Provide a professional service to clients and building occupants.

About You:

Electrically or mechanically qualified, or time-served in a relevant maintenance discipline.
Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently and prioritising maintenance tasks.

The Package:

£48,000 - £50,000 basic salary.
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
Travel card provided.
Foot mobile role covering seven commercial sites across the West End and City of London.
