Duties:
Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
Actively promote and sell stock to meet or exceed sales targets
Manage ongoing customer relationships and follow up on leads
Conduct test drives and complete all relevant paperwork efficiently
Participate in team meetings and contribute to dealership objectives
Promote brand loyalty through excellent customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a comparable customer-facing sales role
Main dealer experience preferred; transferable sales experience will be considered
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
Valid UK driving licence
