Job Details for a Packing Operative:

Location: Wombourne, Wolverhampton

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 18:00-23:00, 5 hour twilight shift

Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour

AM2PM are currently recruiting Packing Operatives on behalf of a well-established company that specialises in household goods and consumer essentials.

This role involves packing small household appliances, ensuring goods are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.

We are looking for reliable, punctual, and flexible individuals with previous packing experience, who are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

Key Responsibilities of a Packing Operative:

• Packing items safely and efficiently
• Handling small household appliances
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements of a Packing Operative:

• Previous packing experience is essential (minimum 6 months)
• Must be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great teamwork and effective communication skills
