Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities and duties of the Field Engineer role
As a Field Engineer, you will:

• Perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of the company's electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage and critical power solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while exceeding performance benchmarks.

Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:

A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering.

An engineering education in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience in field service, critical power or data centre environments.

Hands-on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics or similar technologies.

A proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

A valid driver's licence.

An unrestricted right to work in the country where the role is based, as visa sponsorship is not available.
