Temporary Senior Customer Service Executive

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

• Location: Kingston
• Duration: 4-6 month temporary (possible perm at the end)
• Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm
• Hourly Rate: 18-20ph plus holiday pay
• Working Pattern: Hybrid after training
• Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Executive to join our fast growing clients team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling enquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels, around 100 a day.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders and company processes.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer requests, orders, cancellations and amendments accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
• Follow up on outstanding customer enquiries and provide regular updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the wider team.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled in line with company policies and service standards.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

About You

• Previous experience within a customer service or customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM and ERP systems.
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Experience working in a customer-facing environment in a fast pace environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
• General Excel knowledge

Desirable:

• Experience using CRM software or ERP systems
• Experience within the FMCG sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
