Non-Medical Prescriber Substance Misuse

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days between Monday and Friday, days can be fixed, 9am to 5pm.)Contract dates - asap for at least 3 months (will be reviewed after 3 months and potentially extended)Pay rate: 61/hr PAYE or 72/hr umbrella)
In your role you will:Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.
Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC registrationPrevious post registration experience as NMP (in substance misuse)Strong communication and teamwork skills.**Please note we do not offer sponsorships**
