Junior Customer Success Specialist

We are an exciting tech company based in Bristol, making our mark in the hospitality sector throughout the UK by providing online ordering solutions for takeaways and restaurants. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of our business, with the potential to specialise in development, support, or sales & marketing as you progress.

What’s the Role?

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team helping new and existing clients succeed. Your day-to-day tasks could include:

Client Setup – You’ll work alongside our sales team to get new takeaways and restaurants up and running. This includes setting up their online menus, collecting key information like opening hours and logos, liaising with the client throughout the onboarding process and helping test and launch their branded ordering site.

Support and Training – You’ll be the go-to person for helping clients with questions or issues. That might mean answering queries by phone or email, fixing small problems, and showing clients how to use the system via screen share or training calls.

Marketing Help – You’ll also support clients with basic marketing tasks like setting up email or SMS campaigns, helping launch simple Facebook or Instagram ads, or updating banners and images on their websites.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll learn a lot and build a strong foundation in tech, customer service, and digital marketing
