Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support across a range of age groups
Promote learning objectives and pupil enngagemennt at all times
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment
Provide feedback to teachers and school leadership on student progress
Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual students
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working in a support role in a primary school
SEND support experience
Ability to be flexible, reliable, and work independently
The ability to engage and inspire students
