Quality Engineer - Welding

QUALITY ENGINEER - NUCLEAR

Leicester | Hybrid | Up to 55/hr Umbrella PAYE | 12-Month Contract

We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to support a Tier 1 nuclear client on a major engineering programme in Leicester.

Key Details:
* Up to 55/hr Umbrella PAYE
* 12-month contract | Start ASAP
* 37 hours per week
* Minimum 3 days per week in Leicester, remainder remote
* Must be eligible for BPSS clearance

Key Requirements:
* Quality Engineering experience within manufacturing, fabrication or engineering
* CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or PCN Level 2 Welding Inspection
* Strong knowledge of ITPs, QCPs and LTQRs
* Welding inspection and manufacturing documentation experience
* Experience with NCRs, supplier quality and corrective actions
* Nuclear or other highly regulated/safety-critical experience preferred
* Engineering qualification desirable

Nuclear experience is preferred but not essential, with candidates from other highly regulated manufacturing environments considered. </p
