Select Recruitment is looking for experienced Waiting Staff to join our team and work across a variety of venues in Cambridge, including colleges, events, restaurants and hospitality settings.

We are looking for reliable and professional individuals who are confident working in busy environments and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional service to guests and customers
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages efficiently
• Setting up and clearing tables
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Following venue and health & safety procedures
• Supporting with events and busy service periods when required

About You

• Previous waiting/FOH experience is essential
• Confident and professional manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work well under pressure in busy environments
• Good communication skills
• Smart and professional appearance
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
