Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to restaurant and bar guests
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to a high standard
Set up and clear restaurant, breakfast, bar, and event areas
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
Support weddings, private events, conferences, and restaurant operations

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience as a Waiter, Waiting Staff Member, Restaurant Server, Food Runner, F&B Assistant, or Hospitality Assistant
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional and friendly approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Reliable and flexible with working hours
Well-presented with a positive attitude
Right to work in the UK
