Job Title: Project Manager

Contract Length: 12-month project
Rate: 550/day
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Nottinghamshire

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the overall EPC delivery of a large-scale solar PV and BESS project.
• Manage programme, budget, resources and project delivery from construction through to handover.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project requirements, specifications, timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee procurement, materials, costs and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor project progress, forecasts and construction programmes.
• Lead client, contractor and stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure QHSE requirements are maintained throughout the project.
• Coordinate commissioning, handover and transition into O&M.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years' project management experience within construction, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong experience delivering utility-scale solar, BESS or renewable energy projects.
• Experience managing EPC projects through construction and handover.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, HSE and project delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
• Proficient with MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

CERTIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification.
• Project Management qualification desirable.

DESIRABLE

• Utility-scale solar PV and BESS experience.
• Electrical engineering background.
• Grid-connected renewable energy experience.
• Experience working on large-scale construction sites.
