What’s Needed

• Previous Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and build quality

Your Role

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring plots are delivered to programme
• Maintaining health & safety standards
• Monitoring build quality and progress
