What’s Needed

Previous Site Manager experience
Experience with industrial or commercial new-build projects
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Your Role

Managing the day-to-day running of the site
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
Monitoring progress and build quality
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Keeping the project on programme
