Ealing Council is urgently seeking experienced Social Workers to join its Assessment & Intervention Service . This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy frontline team where your skills and expertise will make a real difference to children and families.
Due to significant demand, the service is looking to appoint at least six Social Workers , with interviews being arranged on an expedited basis for suitable candidates.

Key Details

• Assessment & Intervention Service
• Minimum of 2 days per week in the office
• During duty weeks, attendance increases to 5 days per week in the office
• Duty weeks are currently 1 in every 4 weeks , reducing to 1 in every 5 weeks once vacancies are filled
• Urgent interviews available for suitable applicants

About You
To be considered, you will:

• Be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Have experience working within Children's Services, ideally in Assessment, Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Frontline teams
• Be confident managing complex caseloads and statutory responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong assessment, planning, and relationship-building skills
• Have the Right to Work in the UK
