Field Service Engineer

Essentia Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a market leading floor care equipment maintenancebusiness based in London. The business looks after a wide range of equipment from vacuums to ride on floor scrubber dryers.

Due to expansion of their service team, they are currently looking for a field service engineer to cover London and the South East.

The Duties of the role include:

• Trouble Shooting various manufacturers machines
• Provide technical Support to customers
• Both Reactive and PPM Maintenance

Key Requirements

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ideally hold an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification
• Hold a full, clean driving licence
• Previous field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and repair

The Package

• A competitive salary of between 38,000 - 45,000, based on experience
• Door to Door Pay
• 28 Days Holidays inclusive on Bank
• Company Van
• Uniform and specialist tools supplied
• No Weekends
