The Role

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of commercial plumbing systems across prestigious sites in the City and Central London .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing systems
• General commercial plumbing repairs and fault finding
• Working on hot and cold-water systems
• Maintenance of pumps, valves, tanks and associated equipment
• Working within commercial plant rooms
• Pipework, fittings and associated mechanical services
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
• Working alongside other mechanical and engineering disciplines
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

About You

The successful candidate MUST have previous commercial plumbing experience and be comfortable working within commercial buildings and plant room environments.

• Has strong commercial plumbing experience
• Is confident carrying out maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Has experience working within commercial plant rooms
• Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
• Has excellent customer-facing skills
• Is reliable, professional and well presented
• Wants to develop their career within an established engineering specialist
