The Role

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of commercial plumbing systems across prestigious sites in the City and Central London.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing systems

General commercial plumbing repairs and fault finding

Working on hot and cold-water systems

Maintenance of pumps, valves, tanks and associated equipment

Working within commercial plant rooms

Pipework, fittings and associated mechanical services

Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently

Working alongside other mechanical and engineering disciplines

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

About You

The successful candidate MUST have previous commercial plumbing experience and be comfortable working within commercial buildings and plant room environments.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong commercial plumbing experience

Is confident carrying out maintenance, fault finding and repairs

Has experience working within commercial plant rooms

Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship

Has excellent customer-facing skills

Is reliable, professional and well presented

Wants to develop their career within an established engineering specialist
