Job Title : Childrens Registered Manager
Salary : 60,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)
Location : Romford, Essex
Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential sector and is looking for a Registered Manager to join their established home supporting children with emotiona and behavioural needs.

• Salary60,000 per annum - plus bonus up to 5,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity, plus 5,000 profit share per annum
• Located inRomford, Essex
• Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
