Salary : Up to 70,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Our client islooking for an experiened Registered Manager to jointhem supporting in the establishment of their first children's residential home to be registered to support children with emotional and behavioural needs.

• Salary up to70,000per annum- plus bonus up to 6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity
• Located inUxbridge, UB8
• ChildrensRegistered Managerwill support staff,to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

• Minimum Level5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential Childcare/Or equivalent(Essential)
